members to navigate and find the information they need.
Our
Member Self Service area is a secured area on the Web site
that allows members to view personal membership data and make
online requests and changes.
Members

In
conjunction with the Member Self Service area, BlueHealthConnection®
enables our members to receive customized health information
through their own "health dashboard."
A
key component of BlueHealthConnection is the Health Risk
Appraisal. This quick, convenient and comprehensive questionnaire,
developed by doctors and leading health researchers, can help
members pinpoint specific health issues and risks. After filling
out the appraisal, BlueHealthConnection takes over, sending
our members personalized information and tips to their health
dashboard.
The
result is a highly personal, 100-percent secure online health
experience, available to members 24 hours a day, seven days
a week.
BlueHealthConnection's
other features that can help members stay healthy, get better
or live with a chronic illness include:

Disease and case management programs for those with serious
or chronic health conditions

A 24/7 toll-free health call center for Blue Cross members
to call a nurse health coach for answers and health information
