The Chamber Foundation's Business Growth Center occupies the entire second floor of the Commerce Pointe building and is home to the Center's Incubator Services. Incubator spaces allow startups and transitional businesses to develop in a professional business setting without spending scare resources on overhead. Incubator tenants can focus their efforts on the development of their business idea, knowing the rest is already in place.

Incubator tenants have access to fully furnished office space including the use of computers and access to the Internet. Additionally, tenants have use of a copier, printer, fax, conference room and A/V equipment at minimal fees. Incubator Tenants lease space at substantial reduced rates for a maximum two-year period with gradual increases every six months. This approach allows business to transition to market rates as they develop, ensuring their long-term viability once they leave our space. There is no penalty for leaving early.
